XTC Gear Pro Strength Bands
Strength Bands are an incredibly versatile tool for adding resistance to stretching, lifting, and bodyweight training exercises. All bands are 41" in length and 3/8" thick. Six different widths provide a range of resistance levels.
Ultra-Light - 0.25" wide
Primarily used for adding resistance to weight lifting exercises. Great for mobility of the shoulders, and some hip movements. Resistance is 5 - 15 pounds.
Very-Light - 0.5" wide
Primarily used for adding resistance to weight lifting exercises. Great for mobility of the shoulders, and some hip movements. Resistance is 5 - 35 pounds.
Light - 1" wide
Good choice as a general use band and a specifically for adding resistance to people under 140 pounds. Resistance is 15 - 65 pounds.
Medium – 1.5" wide
Good choice as a general use band and a specifically for adding resistance to people under 140 pounds. Commonly used for mobility for upper back and shoulders for individuals weighing 140 pounds or less. Resistance 25 to 90 pounds.
Heavy – 1.75" wide
This band is also a good size for general use and for adding resistance to people from 140 to 200 pounds for body movements such as pull-ups and dips. Excellent for mobility for users weighing more than 140 pounds. Resistance is 55 to 155 pounds.
Very-Heavy – 2.5" wide
Primarily used for mobility and resistance training drills. Resistance is 70 to 175 pounds.
Ultra-Heavy – 3.25" wide
The largest band we offer, great for assisted pull-ups for individuals with little experience. Excellent for mobility for shoulders, back, hips and more. Also an effective resistance tool for partner running drills. Resistance is 80 to 190 pounds.
